It is a culture in whole Pakistan,as in Punjab , Sims, Balochistan and everywhere in Pakistan especially in every village or rural areas you can see it. It is not specified for Phatans but JATTs and Rajputs,and other communities also arrange Firing events, In Pakistan AK-47 is very common. It's the part of culture.

Although I am Pathan. I would actually leave a wedding if this started to happen. I don’t like it at all😡 This sort of showing off is ridiculous. I live in England but none of my family in Pakistan behave like this. These people are behaving more like goondas rather than celebrating a wedding.
