Eating port scientifically is very harmful but alcohol is also harmful and there are many things harmful which humans eat or drink but if someone follow a religion and there something specially written in religious books about not eating and drinking something then you should follow that because there are many things which is haram but port is specially written that's say how much harmful pork would be.
