Yeah.. I agreed many Indian restaurants in India have Nepalese Chef and they Cook so professional and Deliciously. In Saket Delhi, Jammu City, Shimla, Srinagar main city, Kollam Telangana, in all those places I saw Nepalese chef.... Adi looks Cute. Great vlog. Nepali word Ramro means Excellent.

This is very impressive to see Nepalese owner running an Indian restaurant in Korean. I was once taken to an Indian restaurant in Hong Kong a long time ago and the cooks were Nepalese, the food was superb, so competently cooked Indian cuisine. My brother in law and his wife lived in Japan for work for a while and they were so happy they could eat out regularly in an Indian restaurant where the food was up to standard, nothing like Indian food adjusted and adapted for Japanese ppl but proper authentic taste and guess what, the cooks were Nepalese too. It’s interesting how Chicken Tikka Masala has become an internationally well known dish but the truth is it’s not even originally an Indian dish from India. It was an Indian dish designed by an Indian cook for their British customers as curries and Indian restaurants are so popular in UK. I think the idea to create an Indian dish for non Indian customers worked well in this case.
