Thank you for sharing Monica. Indian rojak is one of my favourite local food, and I've wanted to learn how to prepare the sauce. I cannot help but noticed that for the sauce you listed "salted prawns" as one of the ingredients required, and in the basic dough, dried prawns are required. Watching your video, the salted prawns look like dried salted prawns. I apologise if I seem to be nit-picking but where I live, only dried salted prawns (hey bee) are available. Please clarify.
