Don’t need to do international recharge. You can do normal recharge of 1 year . You have to use whatsapp calling to call in india otherwise it will become expensive for you.

You will get enough network to get otp in russia. Baki russia me toh russian sim use karni hai apko uska network ayega aur internet milega
