Hi Deepika, one tip for you , to save fuel , when you make rice, after one boil, put off gas and keep it closed for half an hour , after half an hour you will see the rice almost cooked, again take a boil and drain the water.

We also make saboot masoor dal. For additional flavour.. We burn charcoal on gas to redhot.. Then place it in steel bowl then add tablespoon of ghee. And then close the lid.. Try it once😁😁
