And nihari is a curry base. I have tried different nihari's with different meat in Lucknow where this dish originate and it's the best in the world.

@@humanbeing9329 it wasnt as unhygienic as it looks bruh. first off, they thought that the meat in pakistan's nihari was uncooked tho it wasn't, it just looks that way. also, the man who was preparing the pakistani nihari first added the nihari meat, then the curry itself and later the oil (tho all three of them were cooked all together duh and so they were flavorful). also, the tradition of savoring the oil of every curry in pakistan is very common. indian's can't relate to that and so they didn't seem to like the oil in the nihari. since partition, both countries have adapted to new styles in which they do things. they've changed how they eat stuff too. they both have their different ways now. i personally don''t think they should be compared. no offense to any part of the reaction or the original video itself tho.

bro the real Nihari is the one in Pakistan. Nihari means a food should be eat in “Nihaar-moon” means in a breakfast. so it should be not in so much spices. it should be energetic (less oily) but with less spices. plus both Nihari and Biryani both original ingredient is BEEF not chicken not even mutton. the best taste will be if they are from beef (sorry if i hurt anyone’s beliefs) but i just state the facts and history . love your reactions though. keep it up. 1 request make a video of Karachi/Lahore/Islamabad city view. please 🙏🙏🙏

Nihari comes from Nihar means a meal for Breakfast. It was the dish of the commoners , who could not afford prine cuts of meat, so the leftover meat cuts were cooked overnight over simmering heat , thats where the flavour comes from, so the labourers eat it in the morning to get there source of energy for whole day work

The Real Nihari is the One With Beef and the one they showed in Pakistan. The other one was more of a (Qorma) Korma, not Nihari. You should try it to know the difference. Also the Best Nihari and Biryani is from Karachi. Karachi is the Capital of Biryani in the world! He is just covering for his previous video (Indian Population and Viewership). Also, the reaction was pretty bias!

Nihari was supposed to be eaten in the morning, made of ‘mutton’, discovered in Lucknow, India. Much before ‘Pakistan’ came into existence. ‘Muhajirs’ brought it there years after

Delhi is where nihari was first introduced by the Mughals however comparing it with nihari from Islamabad (even though he’s comparing between capitals) was definitely a no no Islamabad not really known for its desi foods should have compared it with either Lahore or surrounding cities if not then Karachi

Bro Islamabad is NOT the place to eat street food when visiting Pakistan It is a modern new city that was built from scratch after 1964 and We Pakistanis know it as burger capital So if you wanna have fast food from Mcdonalds,KFC,Hardees,Pepe peri peri,And all other intl brands you go to Islamabad because we pakistanis also criticize it for not having original desi cusines I am sure lahore would ve given a tougher competition to delhi because nihari belongs to Pakistan and its made from beef not mutton primarily and indians mostly dont eat beef so its authentic in Pakistan
