Bicycle is the most common all over the Oxford. You will find most of everyone on bicycle. Two wheeler are rare to see. You can have a car but you need to check with accommodation for parking. Warm clothes I will suggest get only a few and buy it here. Any more doubts connect on Insta or LinkedIn
