I am having a problem loosening the two drain plugs. What do you suggest?

If your drain plugs haven’t been rounded and they’re just stuck, you probably just need a longer socket wrench for more leverage. If your drain plugs have been rounded, and you haven’t removed a rounded bolt before, I suggest just taking it into the shop and let them take it out. Any other part of the bike, you can watch KZbin videos and try to take out the rounded bolt. But if you damage the part of the bike near the drain plug, that’s a major major repair.
