8:50 In the Gulshan, Baridhara area there are apartments worth of 15-25 crore Taka. Compare to that Niketon is not that rich area. Dhanmondi is better area than Niketon. 13:50 in Dhaka there are around 15 five star hotels and new ones are under construction.
