Indian vs western culture, which is better and why?

I think western culture is better than Indian culture because in western culture there is no scope of personality based on caste creed relation region languages festivals and so on.

Cast and creed are not the part of indian culture as you know you,It is the based on the work not on the birth. Or anyways Western cultural people are divided on the basis of colour.

Yes but in Western culture there is a discrimination of personality based on your class, income level, the way you wear clothes (as per their norms), the choise of brands you can afford to buy. You will have friends based on your income not behaviour. Western culture is all about benefits. No true relationship.
