When you want to use the vegetables from the Ziplog back, do you directly take the amount you want from the bag and keep them in pan and heating them? Or do we need to bring some the vegetables to room temperature before heating them?

Hi Bharat.. i keep veggies in the refrigerator only so you can use directly from the fridge... and i se vegies directly from Zip lokc bag and rest i keep back in teh fridge for next use..

And garmi Main aap try karo Kai jo hari sabji hai wo his day late Ho tabhi finish kar do aur jo bhi hard vegetable Hota hai use aap aram sai 2 days tak store kar sakte ho par use kaato mat. And second baat jab koi sabji banati Ho aur wo Bach jaaye to use fresh rakhne Kai liye kisi bade bartan main thanda tap water lai kar is me sabji kaa bowl 🍚 rakh do usse pani ki thandak sai sabji kharab nahi hogi aur har 2-3 hrs main pani change kar do.
