we have to understand the chain of events here. The farm owner had hired illegal labourers. If he takes him to the hospital, he could be fined heavily for providing employment to illegal migrants. Europe is pretty high on these issues nowadays.. So he rather let him die. This is one case , there are so many silent issues. They are not undocumented, their passport / visa forfeiture by those owners, they gave very less wages, they are interested in all those farmers who are helpless and not having proper documentation so incase of these accident they can escape easily. These are available on documents. These happen most of the time in grapes and Vine farms.
