It's Feb. 25, 2024. Just got out of church. We had a wonderful service! And all of a sudden, I remember this song. I first listened to this 8 years ago. Here I am, reminded that God knows every situation in my life and He's got me in His hands. I just have to trust Him and be still. Glory to God in the highest! 😭❤️

My wife and I lost a son at birth, and one week later her 20 year old sister died unexpectedly. I’m the same week we lost our home, car, and job. This song is what’s reminding me, that we serve a powerful God, and just because we don’t know all the answers, He’s still in control. The week after we lost our son, my wife received the Holy Ghost! And was baptized in Jesus name that night! And the next morning got the call about her sister. At that point we realized God’s in control!

I really like the music, but I looked up the beliefs of the college, and the doctrine they teach concerning the Godhead doesn't agree with the triune God the Bible teaches. The college teaches an ancient heresy called Modalism. All one has to do is read John chapter 17 and Philippians 2:6 - 11 to see their beliefs contradict the biblical teaching of the triune God. In Philippians it says, " Who, although He existed in the form of God, did not regard equality with God a thing to be grasped, 7 but emptied Himself, taking the form of a bond-servant, and being made in the likeness of men. 8 Being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross. 9 For this reason also, God highly exalted Him, and bestowed on Him the name which is above every name, 10 so that at the name of Jesus EVERY KNEE WILL BOW, of those who are in heaven and on earth and under the earth, 11 and that every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father." This perfectly agrees with John 1:1: In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God." Jesus (the Word) emptied Himself by leaving heaven and coming to earth in to take on the form of a bond-servant and being made in the likeness of men. John 17:5 says, "And now, Father, glorify me in your presence with the glory I had with you before the world began." Jesus also explains the oneness of the Godhead. It is oneness of unity, substance and eternal being. The Father, Son, and Holy Ghost are one in essence and equal in holiness, justice, wisdom, power, and dignity. Jesus said in John 17: Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on me through their word: That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they may also be one in us; that the world may believe that thou hast sent me. And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one. There is a "we" in the "one" and Jesus wants his church to be "one in us." The Godhead is an "us," who is eternally one in essence, substance and eternal being.
