You can't. Take for instance Baltimore city schools. They receive over twice the amount of money per student annually and yet 23 schools don't have a single student that meets minimum math standard requirements. Why? Because of several factors. 1. Corrupt teachers unions not using the large amounts of money to invest in their schools. Instead the money ends up in some union boss/ Democrat politicians pockets as many have been busted for already. All the way up to previous mayor's being arrested for corruption. 2. Democrat progressive policies dissuading the nuclear family. Studies show kids with a mother and father in the house tend to do better all around. Given Baltimore is mostly black, single parent households are much more common. This statistically does a disservice to the kids. 3. Black culture in general doesn't prioritize education. This one is huge and I'm not the one to know how to fix it other than stop rewarding mothers who have babies out of wedlock with more social service support(money). The list goes on as to why you can't apply the same standards. Throwing more money at the problem like in Baltimore is obviously not working.

The reason their district has so much wealth is that they embrace traditional mixed-use dense development which means more tax revenue with less public expenditure. As a result, their city is beautiful, walkable, productive, and great city finances.

Italians were labeled as “Brown” on their paperwork, Spanish as well. 20 years ago I had to live in Silver Spring MD for a year while my parents filmed there. It was all black. In Baltimore, which is predominantly black students, the average IQ is 80. Baltimore spends spends $21,000 per student. In a recent study of 2000 Baltimore students in 6th grade, they can neither read nor write or do basic math. These schools are failures not because they are underfunded, but the people attending them do not have the intellectual ability to learn or understand. They are hunter gatherers. Math and Poetry is meaningless to them.

I don’t know what all the fuss is about. 90% of everything in that school was there in the 1970s when I went there! Back then, it was a little more than a farm town with parents supporting their local schools. And by the way, this is what happens when parents support their local schools they have nothing to be ashamed of! They should be the model for all schools in our great nation! I live 30-40 minutes from there in Anderson. We compete some sports with them. Mainly just basketball. And as someone in the performing arts, there choir programs, and band programs are just insane. My in person experience feels like how I would imagine high school musical to be. It felt like a movie scene to me.

The girl's swim has won more events every year than any other school. What people don't see here is that there is a youth program starting with young kids. It is parent supported: Carmel Dad's Club. So the kids starting off into HS have already had lots of experience in sports. Parents support the students and school a LOT

If by, "privileged life", you mean these kids come from homes in which kindness, discipline, hard work, accountability, and positivity exist.....and expectations are high and excuses are low, than I guess it is a privileged life. Parents involve themselves as much as possible with the school to support the wonderful teachers that truly care about each and every one of the kids that go there. And that starts in pre-k. None of it happens by itself...it happens through hard work and perseverance.
