It's smart that they show the hat being blown away by the storm to justify the fact you can't use the resurrect skill during that boss fight.

Locus is not like the other giants, all the other ones are like mutated and scarred and stuff but Locus looks fine in comparison... he's also seemingly immortal and capable of surviving fatal blows. He was also seemingly chosen by God and knows how to use the Ark. That based off of other notes and stuff around the game, I think there is a non-zero chance Locus is actually Noah. I am very curious what will be in the DLC, if it actually does take place in Antarctica at the Pyramid mountain as seen behind the Ark in the bonus ending cutscene, which seems to be the 'locus' point of the Great Circle as it is the centre of the whole ring as seen in the mural (by Metatron/God/Noah?). Voss was burned out by the beam out of the Ark, you can see it on his character model... its a charred husk. So its vastly more likely Locus survived... I'm guessing Tony Todd already finished his part in the DLC.

I LOVE Voss' ruffled hair. He has been neat and tidy all game long and now it makes him look pathetic because hes always being so high and mighty.

We know nothing of the Giants/Nephilim, who knows what kinda punishment they can take. It doesnt even matter if he survives or not. He can just go back to his Circle duties and never return in a game.
