Those Aata ka Dumplings in Spicy Daal is Exactly like "Boiled Pasta in Salty & Spicy Daal" And it's call "Daal Pithi" In Bihar. My Mom Used to Cook it (While Preparing Aata Dough For Roti at night) with Leftover Daal Which Daal left after Lunchtime meal.

Yes my home state is Bihar and i will assure you this whole gang thing and all was prevalent more in 90s . Now Bihar is like any other state. We feel bad when ppl just stereotype us. I mean good and bad ppl are everywhere. If you see History Bihar was once the most developed and also it has very rich heritage especially regarding Buddhism Jainism and also during Mauryan , Ashoka's etc period. So ppl should not stereotype anything. All 28 states and 9 ut holds special place and have their own unique culture which makes our mother India. Also those who complain about Bihari labour force migration first this country belongs to all Indian citizens equally second when big projects and Industries set related projects come ,many of the highly developed states grabs them i.e.what I wanna say is govt should focus to develop each and every part of country and also starting from low developed states.
