Indianapolis Colts - Anthony Richardson growing! Colts keys to beat Steelers! Caitlin’s eye fine!

Anthony Richardson is going to move closer and closer to his potential - which is incredible. Enjoy the ride!
Colts need to do four or five things Sunday to have a chance to beat the Steelers - and HERE they ARE!
Caitlin Clark's eye is fine - but don't hand me the crapola of it being an accident! Carrington challenged the Fever with that eye poke!
Braylon Mullins is down to three programs - but one can be eliminated right now. The other has a characteristic Mullins is right to consider!

I read a quote today I thought was funny. Anthony Richardson makes throws at 99% of the NFL cannot. Anthony Richardson cannot make throws that 99% of the NFL can. Lol I am somewhat concerned. I mean honestly, I thought the last two weeks were worse than week one. Not only that, I'm concerned with Ballards ability to make this a winning football team. And will Anthony reach his ceiling before his body starts going out

I've been saying this all over the KZbin universe about Anthony Richardson. It's going to be around game 5 before the light starts coming on. He just hasn't had enough gametime experience. I also think that Shane Steichen might just be working on his weaknesses in the gameplan.

Agree completely. The NFL is crazy now. No more sitting and growing, you are expected to win and win now. Look at some of these QB’s that are winning this year and have been around for a while. Great show Kent, and thanks for preaching patience for our young quarterback. I will admit I've been one of shrinking patience, and I'm a football guy and absolutely know better. However I also admit to being a long time fan of the Colts, and as you know we've been suffering since Andrew retired. Phillip gave us a breather one season, and Wentz has some decent numbers but literally everything else regarding his time with us was an issue. Particularly those last two season killing games. I can also quote the 1980's and some of the 1990's as lean years for quarterback play along with the early 70's until we then got Bert in mid decade. So there's some frustration when looking around the league, and seeing CJ take off like he did, and just last night watching young Jayden Daniels flying high. I understand intimately the number of starts those guys had before being drafted as well. It's our deep desires to have the quarterback position solved, and problems cured that breeds our impatience. This even knowing when you probe a little deeper at some of the other successful quarterbacks around the league, and how they were brought along. Names such as Aaron Rodgers, Patrick Mahomes, Steve Young who ended up having to sit behind Joe Montana even though he had already played in Tampa, and in the USFL before that. There are some others. There are however many first rounders that never caught on. Quite a bit of them actually, but will not begin to name them as there are too many to list, and from just about every draft. You are right in though in calling for deep breathing exercises for all of us, and lots of patience. As I said, I do know better. Anthony does have a lot to work on in his development, and he does have some tremendous tools to help him arrive where we need him to. Steichen, Turner, and Cooter I do believe are excellent coaches for his development like you stated. I am familiar with their individual resume's, and was incredibly pleased at their hiring. It spoke of future quarterback development when those coaches arrived. Gave me a lot of confidence about the future. We're just not there yet. So good work here, and a personal thank you for your work in slowing my roll. Good stuff. Bottom line is we all love our team, and want the best for it. That happens to include beating the Steelers! Onward to Optimism Wednesday! C A

The fans who want AR benched are just flatout stupid.if hes this inaccurate in 3 years, sure, find someone else. But this is literally his 8th game or something, fans need to chill out. Part of the problem is how media guys kept saying wed be a better team then we actually are, so fans are upset when we dont win, which is somewhat understandable. But still, what they need to realise is if we move away from AR, we might be the bears in a few years, watching AR win on another team while our fanbase gets even more outlandish and unrealistic, hating on the new rookie we draft after AR. Rookies and young players struggle and in turn, grow and develop. These same fans screaming to start Flacco are the same lame-brains who said Matt Ryan would lead us to a potential superbowl win.

The elite powers behind the scenes in the Indianapolis government and media complex manipulate Kent to keep us all calm. It’s why we don’t have gun fights in the streets like up in Chicago. They have already written his script for us after the Colts get brutally beaten down into the turf by the Steelers. Anthony Richardson is a wonderful young man but he’s not a very good NFL quarterback and the season is underway Kent. It’s underway and mediocrity has taken hold for too long in Indianapolis. Yeah... sitting on the bench was such a disaster and ruined the careers of Tom Brady, Aaron Rodgers, Patrick Mahomes, Jordan Love, Jared Goff, Eli Manning, and Drew Brees.
