To "stop" mid-roll ads, as the video starts, slide the bar ALL the way to the end. Give it a second to load (nothing will play). Then hit the replay icon in middle of the viewing window. KZbin thinks you played the video all the way and the ads disappear. Adds like another 30 seconds.

Actually male or female they are called a masseuse because they are not registed by a governing body, or had enough education or knowledge of anatomy and musculature of the body to be called a massage "therapist". As someone who took an rmt course i can tell you some of what she is doing would never be recomended by professionals. (Only reason im not registerd is because i graduated from college 2 weeks before covid started. )

@Salvador Ortiz the arm twisting and cracking, putting force on the neck without it being supported, so when she had the head bent forward with the chin to the chest, the way she pulls/cracks the knuckles. any adjustments (cracking) should only be done by a chiro. Pretty much the only "massage" she did appropriately was some of the neck treatment and the hand massage up until she cracked her knuckles. You can pull on fingers and cracking or popping may happen accidentally, but u should never be putting that much force to the point where shes using enough force to make such a loud noise with the fingers.

In my experience, if you have a migraine a scalp massage with even some gentle hair grasp and pull as you do can help so much. Depending on the headache or migraine temples or other specific areas of the head may feel best to focus on. Also if you massage in general, unless you are doing circles, follow through and out with your strides so you push the energy out. If feels soooo much better then just pushing or pulling then stop.

You guys... I finally did it. After trying many many times over a period of months, I figured out a trick. I had my hair up in a tight bun all day. Then, I took a hot shower and in the shower I gave myself a head massage with conditioner with a lot of slapping, rubbing and scratching like in the videos... and then it worked in three different spots😝! It felt really weird, and obviously it’s the scalp that pops, not the hair itself.

I have chronic migraines and wonder if this would help too. If you haven't yet, I would suggest to start keeping a food journal. Sometimes a mild allergy to food can present as a headache. And if you have migraines, some foods can be a trigger. Doctors don't always mention this unfortunately! I hope you figure it out and find relief!😊
