Too good, impeccable , Very Grounded, excellent orator & more than all this a fantastic Human Being 🙏 My prayer for the Former CJI’s almighty always be w we other him 🙏

India is not merely trying to reforming; it is redefining justice itself.legacies that have long influenced India’s judicial system. Judges of the higher judiciary are appointed only through the collegium system and the government has a role only after names have been decided by the collegium.Supersession controversy of the 1970s...AND Critical about the Collegium System 1)Opaqueness and a lack of transparency. 2)Scope for nepotism. Embroilment in public controversies. 3)Overlooks several talented junior judges and advocates. Without higher competition UPSC Exm like IAS/ IPS/ IFS/ IJS To attempt to replace it by a ‘National Judicial Appointments Commission’ (through Ninety-ninth Amendment Act, 2014). # The corruption system may be eliminated to some extent.
