Cost of 1 kilo chana is approx 120 rupees so 120×50 = 6000 rupees, 20 kilo potato 25×20 = 500 rupees, lemon+tomato + other vegetables+ masala= 400 rupees, 1000 plate cost 100 rupees, total expenditure 7000-8000 rupees, and total sell is 15000 rupees if he sell complete 50 kg chana so per day profit is approx 6000-7000 rupees, which is still huge , but I don't think he sell 50 kg chana every day
