Here we can see how they are preparing and if we like we can have it..... But many people terming it as roadside food, will criticize and avoid it..... But when you go to a big hotel, we don't know about the cleanliness because inside the kitchen the bugger who's preparing the items, we don't know how clean he is or maintaining cleanliness..... But we will definitely criticize these poor people on the pretext that they're selling their food on the streets..... But, who cares? Man this is India... We can eat wherever we prefer with a little bit of cleanliness ......

so impressive, they must spend half the night prepping, then up early, loading up, pushing the cart, setting up, serving/prepping all day on their feet, finishing up, loading up, pushing the cart home, sleep and start again, and the prices are so cheap as they have to be - feeding the community, kids, workers driving by......their work ethic is enormous, and they are not young....thanks so much for posting
