Di aap plum chutney try krna bada easy hai. 1/2 kg plum ko ek pressure dena hai. Pani bilkul minimum dalna hai. Phir plum ke seeds alag kr lena aur plum ke mixture ko ek blending jar main dalna, thodi kali morch dalna, thodi sugar , honey ya jaggery dalna, bhuna hua zeera, mint leaves aur blend krke fine paste bna lena. Yeh chutney bahut appetizing hai. Namak ajwain ke paranthe ke saath badi achi lgti hai.
