Hi Dr Priyanka. If in the MRi and Ct Scan report it shows Subcentrimetric left paraaortic node seen and the hysteroscopy shows grade 2 endometrioid endometrial carcinoma. And all other organs examplr ovary etc shows no abdormality in the MRi and CT scan. What does this usually mean? Is it curable?

No, D&C will offer histopathological diagnosis which is gold standard. MRI is to decide extent of disease
