Its a pakistani song by call band "xulfi was a singer of that song" bollywood didn't copied, the indian version was also sung by xulfi as well.. and xulfi is also a producer of this Nescafe basement.

it was a song by a Pakistani band name "The Call". Bollywood purchased this song from this band. In fact, the band itself sang this song in the movie as well. Watch the end title carefully. there you will find Original song by the call written at the end.

This is a song of pakistani band call. Pehle yahan hit hua and then indian producers called call to release a version for india. This nescafe basement one is just a cover of the original pakistani song which came out way back in the late 2000s i think. Xulfi who is the producer of nescafe basement is the guitarist of call band :)

This song is originally belong to zulfiqar Jabar Khan AKA xulfi who was the original member of the band E.P of Fawad Khan . He first sung and composed this song in Pakistan and then sung for the Indian film " ik Chalis ki last local " Nescafe basement was maybe produced by Call the band which was again found by Zulfiqar Jabar Khan AKA Xulfi.

Bollywood didnt copy the song they bought it from a Pakistani band that sung it originally. In fact, the version used in Bollywood is sung by the original band members. The producer of Nescafe Basement is Xulfi who was the guitar player for the band when this song first came out. Hes one of the best musicians in Pakistan and has done very well with Nescafe Basement. Please react to the new season of the show that just released yesterday they just keep on getting better and better. The best thing about this platform is that they introduce so many new faces to the industry with every season. Some of my fav musicians got their intro into the industry because of this show.
