There were some logical inconsistencies in this episode. Like what akash pointed out. Meerub is implying that haya did everything for murtasim when murtasim set everything up for meerub. Some odd things in episode 22 as well. I actually really like the new ost even though they stopped using it already. I wish they would use it as well as the old one.

It might be a logical inconsistency. But there is also a possibility that Meerab assumed Haya arranged everything for Murtasim but her assumption was wrong. But yes that last part did confuse us even during 22nd episode.
