The way I watch this show is by just thinking that MR didn't happen, like shown in the drama, so murtasim isn't toxic and meerub is hurt and just needs time apart that's why she has run away. Ik this doesn't make sense but this makes me not hate the characters and still hope for a happy ending. I still want to love meerub and murtasim like I always have. I just wish they would find each other and be happy🙏😅.

Guys in the next episode she actually acknowledges (through dialogues NOT voiceovers) Murtasim’s efforts, his love and him defending her. They show her missing him. At this point it doesn’t really seem like martial rape. Why would she acknowledge his efforts if he had done something like that. Any victim of such an heinous crime would literally shiver hearing or taking their rapists name. Meerub doesn’t. And as you mentioned Murtasim’s behavior doesn’t look like he did it. He doesn’t even know why she left. If he had done such a think he would at least think that she left because of him. He is sad and missing her but not guilty.

@@priyapatel1405 Yes. Both are ashamed. Murtasim because he thinks she regrets it and didn’t do it out of love and meerub because that was the only thing she had control over. The contract was the only thing which was because of her marzi. Every other choice was taken from her. Besides at that point she still had not realized her feelings. She feels bad about herself because she couldn’t control herself and fell weak.

i think MR was an eye wash. it didnt really happen. haya must have come to meerub in the room and further added that murtasim and she were actually intimate all along and he was fooling meerub. thats what made her leave the house. this will be revealed later.

MR hua hota toh meerab jaisi self respect wali ladki murtasim ko miss kyun karti last me meerab ne bola woh haya ki wajah se ghar chhod ke gai hai and uska banta bhi hai murtasim haya ko kuch nai kehta uske liye boundaries set nai karta jab chahti room me aa jati hai touch karti hai so usse lagta hai murtasim ko haya me interest hai and Dono ka haya rohail ko le kar jagda hua tha so they had a moment of weakness out of insecurity, jealousy, heated argument contract tod diya. after that both are regretting and feeling guilty apne aap ko blame kar rahe the murtasim ne bhi bola tha woh nahi chahta tha aise contract khtm ho because misunderstanding toh clear hi nai hui thi unki

Arey yaar i was done in the weak of the moment. We tend to do that specially when there is sexual tension and insecurity is there. Both were possessive abt eo and was at peak of their insecurity so in that anger and frustration they both done it. MK saying u should have stopped is not like M was seducing him, it was like she gave in to the moment she was willing to do it. The regret is becoz both of them never done it after confession, they both are not sure abt eo. Then meerab splly givin to this relationship means she needs to lose her identity, she needs live only as MK's wife which she hate the most. She needs to admit all the things happend to her, she needs to surrender to the rules and the wrong mindset of the fam to which she was fighting. So she is confused, what she want. She never admitted it to herself that she loves him, she just acknowledged him as her hus to some people that too to show others that only he has the haq on her. So continuously saying MR and not understanding M is really sad. Its the pblm of editing that we are this disconnected.

The marital rape track really did put me off and the fact that they were going to justify it( still are) was enough for me to lose interest in the show. With the present dragging, I just couldn't bring myself to watch it anymore.
