Stall calls don’t have a time limit. There are multiple reasons for stall calls. Backing out, below the waist, avoiding contact, etc.

The ref called locked hands . Brands challenged the non call of the illegal cutback . If they had made him use the brick in the first match he wouldn’t have been able to manufacture this point for his athlete
