Also @ 6:26 puli rasam which you mentioned, we also prepare that very easy and will prepare for pongal...will do it in 2 method 1 will be very thin tamarind pulp and 2 one will be thick (concentrated) not too thick puli kolab consistency..also for thin method will add grated coconut.. for thick vartion will season with jeera and mustard. Maami...namaskaram.Could u pls explain what utensils can be used for cooking ,storing water,serving.Many says water in copper can be used for drinking but copper should not be heated directly unless coated with tin.Pls can u explain what are bronze brass and copper metal.And which one is ideal among these.

Its my favorite ma .but my amma made litte diffrent ma use to add litte புலியும் வெல்லமும் கலந்து செய்வார் கடுகு உளுத்தம்பருப்பு தாளித்து கொண்டுவா. வெந்தயப்பொடி கடைசியில் கொஞ்சமா போடுவா ரொம்ப நன்னா இருக்கும்.
