But, Rahul Gandhi is younger than him, so Birla should have hugged him or patted his shoulder because Rahul Gandhi is younger than him. Why didn't Om Birla do so? What Rahul said is correct. A speaker should be neutral towards both of the ruling and opposition parties. He is a person who is sitting in a dignified position he should not bow his head infront of anyone. This is not the matter of sanskar or sanskriti. If an IPS officer is younger than a constable does that mean that the ips officer should salute to the constable. No right. So what matters is the position and power that one hold with them not the age.
