Congress needs to promote young leaders, Sachin pilot, can't see him much in the media, Jignesh Mevani in Gujarat, Revanth Reddy in Telangana. The last time congress gave BJP good fight was in 2018, when leaders like Sachin Pilot, Jyotiraditya Scindia helped cingress win election.
