I somewhat feel if CJI is really helping the nation with awesome strong and powerful verdict or even he is sold to BJP from behind. From front he shows powerful with verdicts but no action from behind. One classic example is Chattisgarh officer who was caught doing wrong. No jail nor any action. There are 100s of such verdict given, but no action. Including against Modi. Subramanian Swamy have lots of proof against Modi on China, Electrol bond, etc and CJI supports with verdict, but no action to jail Nirmala nor Shah nor Modi.
