Does he match with late (evil genius) 'DR' Muthuvel Karunanidhi's brilliance in committing corruption which even Justice Sarkaria could only sense but not indict right away, preferring to pass over as ''scientific' corruption that eludes evidence under legal parameters!! Late (convent educated corrupt) Jaya arrested the demagogue Karuna and tried to sue him but failed to even have a FIR filed against him! But PC had to spend time inTihar Guest house and come out on bail. Sorry his brilliance in speech is product of his legal stint but he should have taken lessons from Dr Karunanidhi as well.
