Rajdeep, great interview! I wish you did not keep pushing the Murthys over and over about Mr. Murthy missing birthdays/children's occasions. As a married person who works, and a husband whose job is even more hectic, at a particular point in our marriage, we came to the understanding that we needed to divide up our chores. Chores are not only within the house, but outside as well. In the interest of the children, one of us decided to go all out with our career, and the other would go all out and focus more on the children. So, there are many families such as the Murthys and ours, who come from humble beginnings, and do not have the luxury of attending every single birthday! And that is perfectly fine! Our kids grow up knowing that mom or dad is working for the family. And in Mr. Murthy's case, for scores of families!
