I have seen it first hand i live in delhi my relative was in the hospital due to covid i met a person there who was admitted to that hospital was from panipat.. he told me that because of kejriwal 10000 per day scheme for covid bed he came here from panipat, he also told me that panipat hospital was charging 50000 per day for covid patients...
