I want to say CM nitish kumar to maintain law and order specially for women and the incident of buxar district 16 june,2015 an widow lady molested by three person and that lady lodged an F.I.R.172/2015 under section 354,379,341,323,504,34 no action taken by local police station last 02 months passed away neither he arrested culprit till date. Where is the CM justice for women and why local police didn't take any action last 02 months.I think in bihar no rule and regulation and no one is safe. Police is lazy and dull and compromise with mafia as well.
