After a short 8 month break Indie Spotlights are now back in a brand new style! That is hopefully a little more forgiving on my wallet...
To kick things off, I'll be covering Corn Kidz 64. An absolute gem that takes all the right pages from the N64 collectathons. For the low low price of $7, this game is definitely worth checking out especially if you love Banjo-Kazooie, Conkers Bad Fur Day, or Super Mario 64.

Really enjoyed this game as a fan of movement tech in my platformers. I can see this being a great first step towards something even greater for the developer.

6:37 - 6:43 I was watching another channel's past live stream. A chat comment said Corn Kidz 64 looks like a mashup 40 winks/mario 64/glover/banjo/conker. So I guess the commenter really had a very varied collection of n64 style collect-a-thon games.

Comparing this to Glover is a bit odd, maybe the visuals are similar but the gameplay is totally different between the two.

I've been meaning to pick this up for awhile now, have you tried Cavern of Dreams? It oozes BK, Spryo and Mario 64 vibes

I haven't but it's been on my radar for a while. Had a lot of trouble deciding what game I wanted to do an Indie Spotlight on because so many goodies have released in the past few months. It was a pretty hard toss-up between this, Cavern Of Dreams, Pseudoregalia, and 77p Egg: Eggwife.
