A 52-degree preheater would save an enormous amount of money for people trying to afford to heat their homes near me. Growing some vegetables would be a bonus.

This is so cool! 😎. What a blessing, the people are working together to form a self sufficient community. I love it! 💕 Lately Geothermal videos have hit my screen and " Oh how l wish" , l could build such a thing. The Dakota Indians look like they have a pretty good system. 🙋

It would have been nice to give Russ Finch of Greenhouse in the Snow a mention for the original design.

I think I know who you're talking about and as I recall he gave credit to the indigenous people who invented it.

Dig ... build walls and a couple of steps leading down into hole (make sure you install a door) ... Build framing that you cover with double-paned glass or plexiglass. You're welcome

There could be high-paying jobs for young people if they could install these near me. These would do both heating and cooling in zones 6 + 7 for homes with minimal modification.

Keep animals in there to fertilize and grow too. Provide heat and food for non vegetation eaters. Under a residence would heat it too. Europe and eastern Canada have already got older farms with this.
