I have been using the yogurt for 14 months. I am a male 54 years old. Each month I still receive a gain. The Seebo. I use only use the Infantus and the L.Reuteri. Real life improvements include, crappy skin(gone), testosterone increase, sleep, how I handle stress, iI no longer need or use Adoral for ADHD, lean muscular increase, no longer lottos intolerant with any dairy products, my hair is thicker and a big one skin cancer. After the 8nth month I noticed I was no longer seeing my Dermitology Dr. for removals of melanomas, squamous cell or basal cell. In fact my dermatologist has not been burning off or recommending treatment, he just says your good see you in 6 months not the quarterly usually worth. All I can say is white on amazing sorry for the long Blog.

When you came out with Dr. Davis yogurt recipe, I thought I would try it. I am 80 a long of age about a month after I started, I was shaving one day and noticed that my razor was sliding much smoother than normal I have not had shaves like that in decades. Awhile after that I noticed the skin on my feet and elbows which had been very dry was much improved. I recently had a doctors appointment the nurse said my feet looked better than most ladies of my age. my sleep has improved also I now sleep 4-5 hrs. then another 3-4 hrs. been a long time since I enjoyed those kinds of numbers. I've had Methane dominant SIBO for 2 years and nothing has worked. I tried antimicrobials both herbal and antibiotics, I tried carnivore diet, low fodmaps, you name it. Ive been on the homemade yoghurt for 4-5 days and ny heartburn is gone. Im eating what I want, no nausea. Its fricking amazing. I felt i was allergic to all foods for the last 2 years, its been horrendous. It’s really enchanting. I also read that the body can safely break down oxalates in foods if our gut bacteria is healthy ( and the right strains) because of antibiotics, chemical sprays and modern refrigeration we don’t have the species of gut microbes our ancestors had. I loved reading that because all the talk about vegetables killing us and not wanting to be eaten has not sat well with me.

@susanbeever5708
@susanbeever5708 8 ай бұрын
@@FranklinPhan my trabecular bone scan will be at the beginning of 2024. I realized that the main reason for my dramatic turnaround was I had been on a low carb/high protein diet and then started intermittent fasting. My A1C went from 5.3 to 5.1 but most importantly the glucose restriction decreased transient receptor potential channel vanilloid 1 (TRPV1) that decreased insulin that in turn prevented too much insulin-stimulated TRPV1 on the cytoplasmic and mitochondrial membranes that prevented too much glucose put into the cells (TRPV1puts glucose into the cell ~independent~ of the insulin receptor) and with too much glucose into the cell too much glucose oxidation takes place in excess of the cell’s antioxidant reserves. This causes too much inflammatory reactive oxygen species (ROS) that causes insulin resistance by the cell and mitochondrial damage. The ROS then goes to the liver in the mevalonate pathway and causes too much FPP that leads to too much GPP geranyl peptides the precursors of osteoclasts that break down bone in osteoporosis.

I have SIBO also. I started the L. Reuteri last summer and added L. Gasseri right before I started carnivore in December….then stopped for the last 3 months tying to see if carnivore would heal…but it hasn’t in 3 months. The yogurt helped me GREATLY. Although after using them for 6 months, there were still some foods like celery that caused excess methane. I’ve spent over a year treating naturally and still can’t eat many high FODMAP. I am going to add the yogurt again now that I’m transitioning to more of a ketovore/keto WOE. I’d love to tolerate onions and garlic again. I did introduce beans once last summer and did well 👍🏽 which made me happy. And I was able to drink Kombucha again! I highly recommend the yogurt!

BTW I was diagnosed with IBS. After completing the course I don't have any bloating feeling but can't tolerate spices at all. I suspect the culprit is H Pylori and I found out L Reuteri is best to get rid of H Pylori infection... Which is found in more then half the population of the earth. Good Luck

you probably have both hydrogen and methane. You have to ferment for both issues. I always forget which is which. But in additon you need to ferment the bacterias from perenterol. This is soil based so you dont ferment in milch but in for example raspeberry juice. you just blend wanter and berries and add perenterol. After a day will be fuzzy.

I am getting ready to try this yogurt. I have IBS trouble. Been treated for possible SIBO. Microbiome test says I don't have it. But NO ONE here knows about the breath test. None of the medical doctors know about SIBO; and just blew me off. So holistic practitioner had me do Allison Supplement at high doses for a month. I did months of Oregano before that. I am iron deficient also. But not by much. My symptoms are VASTLY less. Now I am going to try the Dr. Davis Yogurt. But I am hoping the yogurt and diet changes will help! Thank you for sharing your information!

Followed your recipe. Out of the 8 , 6-ounce jars, there is 1 that was more sour than the rest. Very noticeably sour. All of them had some separation. They were all submerged in 98 to 100-degree water in a flat-style yogurt maker for 36 hours. They all tasted great to me Perhaps I didn't mix them thoroughly, although I did crush them to a fine powder.. Nonetheless, would the one that was the sourest be the best one to use to make my second batch, as it may have the highest concentration of L. reuteri, and make the second batch less separated and more potent? TY

Thank you, Nili! Wonderful to hear you are seeing good & very noticeable results. My AIRE 2 arrived today & I ordered inulin from Amazon. It arrives tomorrow so I’ll be able to test on Saturday. Perfect timing since Saturday is the one day I can stay home. I’m researching Dr Siebecker’s SIBO protocol as well as Dr Davis and hope to have a plan if the AIRE 2 does show I have SIBO. Either way, I plan to eventually add in the yogurt.

Copper deficiency causes low ferritin. My ferritin went up 8 points in one months with 2mg daily copper with its cofactor of retinol (bioavailable vitamin A). For the retinol cofactor I use a high quality cod liver oil. Regular fish oil doesn’t have it. Beef liver capsules are also high in retinol. I alternate either the beef liver or cod liver oil with the copper. The copper increases my ferritin month after month after lifelong struggles with energy. The ferritin stayed low despite taking two homemade cups of raw kefir daily. Sometimes it is truly a copper deficiency. Most Americans have a copper deficiency as it is no longer in farmlands. I will try the SIBO yogurt for my autistic daughter. Thank you for your videos!

Hi, regarding iron deficiency maybe you have low stomach acid and/or gastritis, did you do an endoscopy to see that? Stomach issues cause both SIBO and mineral malabsorption. Minerals in food are often in salt form (a negative ion bonded to a positive mineral). A low pH (more acidic) is needed to break the salt down in stomach and make the mineral soluble and ionized, so it can be absorbed later in the gut. In women, iron deficiency can also be due to menstruation. Check ferritin level in blood, it must be between 75 and 150.

I'm starting the L yogurt very soon! I never did a damn thing for my gut in my life, so I want to start gradually with one thing at a time to notice differences along the way. If I have SIBO, which I probably do, I feel pretty good on my carnivore and fruit diet, with so much arthritis and body aches and what not in remission, and loses weight easily with fasting and maintains it well. In fact, I dropped 73 lbs over the past year and still coming down. But my main issue is candida overgrowth. SIFO. And I'm a deal with that after the L yogurt first. My candida isn't as bad as it used to be, so my carnivore and fruit diet probably helps it as much as it can, so, I just want to get started communicating with my gut first. So far from Dr Davis, I found that onions are okay for me. I'm not going all out veggies like he suggests, but I'm willing to play ball and add a few veggies in for my gut. That I already started with the onions. And if I add in more veggies it's gonna be fermented. So, I'm looking into fermenting lessons too. And who knows? Maybe I'll be able to tolerate some beans in moderation too! 😀
