80 g šećera
90-100 g brašna
-miksati bjelanjke i šećer u čvrsti snijeg, dodati jedan po jedan žumanjak, lagano spatulom umiješati brašno.
Piping vrećicom istiskivati keksiće cca 2 cm promjera na pek papir, na lim od pećnice. Peći na 180* - bez ventilatora 10-ak min.
Šaum:
5 bjelanjaka
250 g šećera
1 vanilin šećer
50 ml vode
Limunov sok
- bjelanjke tući sa 100 g šećera i vanilin šećerom, limunov sok, vodu i preostalih 150 g šećera ušpinovati u sirup pa u mlazu dodavati u bjelanjke, nastaviti miksati najvećom brzinom sve dok se posuda miksera ne ohladi.
Istiskivati piping vrećicom na ohladjene piškote u 3 sloja. (Cijeli postupak je detaljno prikazan u videu)
Glazura:
200 g čokolade
40 ml ulja
- otopiti na pari čokoladu i ulje, izmješati i izliti u šalicu ili čašu. Svaki kolač uranjati u čokoladu, ostaviti da se glazura stegne, ohladiti i uživati u pjenastim zalogajčićima koji podsjećaju na djetinjstvo ☺️

90-100 g of flour -
mix the egg whites and sugar into stiff peaks, add the yolks one by one, gently mix in the flour with a spatula. Using a piping bag, press out cookies with a diameter of approx. 2 cm on parchment paper, on an oven tray. Bake at 180* - without fan for about 10 min.
Shaum:
5 egg whites
250 g of sugar
1 vanilla sugar
50 ml of water
Lemon juice
- beat the egg whites with 100 g of sugar and vanilla sugar, whip the lemon juice, water and the remaining 150 g of sugar into a syrup, then add in a stream to the egg whites, continue mixing at the highest speed until the bowl of the mixer cools down. Extrude with a piping bag onto the cooled cookies in 3 layers. (The entire procedure is shown in detail in the video)
Glaze:
200 g of chocolate
40 ml of oil
- melt chocolate and oil in steam, mix and pour into a cup or glass. Dip each cake in chocolate, let the glaze set, cool and enjoy the foamy snacks that remind you of childhood ☺️
