The foundation stone of this office was layed in 2009 when Soniya Gandhi Was AICC president and Dr. Manmohan Singh was PM. At that time itself it is Indira Bhavan. So the name changing is not necessary. There are auditorium, library, mini conference hall etc. inside the office. So they can be named after prominent leaders including Dr. Manmohan Singh
