What I don't understand is when there is every ideology present in India why there was a need of forming other religions. Even every other religions' ideology is found in Sanatan Hindu religions' texts, so I still believe there is just one religion. For every 'why' there is just one answer- Kaliyug.

In temple 3 statue namely Lord Krishana also known as Jagganatha, with brother Balrama, & sister Subhadra. All 3 statue are not completed.The story behind of this temple is very intresting. please watch on you tube. + there are 10 mysterious facts about that temple which science today also not found the answer. The name "Hinduism" is western the actual name is "Sanatana Dharma" or "Eternal Duties" It's not a religion there is no single God or prophet in this religion. According to the oldest textures and manuscripts of this religion you can question the existence of God or be an Atheist still you can be a Hindu or Sanatani. Experts even claim Sanatana Dharma aka Hinduism is not even a religion it's way of life.

For Tamil nadu there is a quote like "vanthaarai vaalavaikum tamil nadu" means it give better life to all those coming there (except the native people🤧). If you see tamil film industry (kollywood) only few are peoples are tamil native same for the politicians. No one is tamil native. In fact Amy jackson is first introduced in one tamil film called "madurasapattinam". That film was huge hit. You are also so beautiful. Who knows may be if you try, you also got the chance.👍

The reason for lord Shiva to be symbolised as a lingam has a story. Once sage Durvasa was going to meet the holy trinity, namely Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva. When he went to brahmaloka(where lord Brahma resides), he wasn't greeted as he should have been. Now, sage Durvasa is known for his temper. So he cursed Brahma to never have idols made specifically for him ever. He then went to shivaloka. There to he wasn't greeted properly. Instead, he saw Shiva and Parvati performing the tandava(cosmic dance of destruction and renewal). He then cursed Shiva of never having an idol and that he would only be worshipped in the form of a lingam. He then went on to vaikuntha(lord Vishnu's home), there too he wasn't greeted properly. Now sage Durvasa was visibly trembling with anger. In his rage he kicked Vishnu on his chest. Now this is a really great sin to ever be created. But it has been proved time and again in Santana dharma that everything happens for a reason. After getting kicked, Vishnu pacified Durvasa by pressing his feet and thereby closing the sage's third eye which on the underside of his foot. Once this happened, the sage realised his mistake and begged for forgiveness. After this is an even longer story, but I guess this should shed some light on the origin of limgams

Hinduism eventually became a religion in medieval and modern south asia. But originally it was not a religion. It is a bunch of millions of thoughts and ideas about nature universe etc. Thats why u will find things like universe , planets, geographical places, descriptions of nature and living organisms in very ancient hindu texts. But the relatively newer texts are about gods and heaven and hell, much like a typical religion. The original is kinda like science.
