They are charging 3 rupees per sq feet 842 * 3 = 2526. Very high. Also electricity charges are 8 rupees per unit. Society is plagued with problems regarding maintenance

Almost flope.... One complete tower is vacant for almost past one year. Society kids are using its parking area to play cricket. Builder has graciously donated a part of society land to TGSPDCL(for a substation) without letting the flat owners know. Case is pending in the court
