In this video I share my early morning individual training session that's focused around ball striking and shooting. First, May God Bless you for inspiring with your knowledge so many of us to love this beautiful game. This may be a silly question. My 11 year old son loves soccer with great passion. He just turned 11 but his soccer coach is deciding to play him U13 because he doesn’t have enough U12 players on the roster. He will now push him on a big field and 11v11. I have seen Spain matches (Real Madrid) with U13 playing 7v7 (they do a ton of ball control and touches) What should I do? The coach has an U12 team as well but only the top players go there. He said that maybe he can accommodate my son there since he has improved so much but not guarantees. Please Advice. Thank you for your time.

Thanks mate, I usually train 4-5 times per week and have 2 matches. One rest day. I typically train for 2-3 hours per day.
