Sindhi language is very beautiful and when properly spoken it sounds like French of Indic languages.

Sindhi is classified as a Northwestern Indo-Aryan language, not Northern or Western. Linguists generally agree that the Northwestern Zone includes languages like Sindhi, Punjabi, and Lahnda (including Saraiki and Hindko). These languages are spoken in Sindh, Punjab, and adjacent areas. On the other hand, the Northern Zone refers to Himalayan languages like Kashmiri, Shina, Khowar, and Kalasha, often debated as Dardic. The Western Zone is more about languages like Gujarati and Kachchi, spoken in and around Gujarat. To clarify the broader classification: Northern Zone: Languages spoken in the Himalayan region, such as Kashmiri, Shina, Khowar, and Kalasha. These are often referred to as Dardic, though their Indo-Aryan status is debated. Northwestern Zone: Covers Punjab, Sindh, and nearby areas, including Sindhi, Punjabi, and Lahnda (Saraiki and Hindko). Central Zone: Encompasses the Hindi-Urdu belt and nearby languages, such as Hindi, Urdu, Rajasthani, Haryanvi, Braj, and Awadhi. Eastern Zone: Includes languages spoken in eastern India, Bangladesh, and Nepal, such as Bengali, Assamese, Odia, Sylheti, and Chittagonian. Western Zone: Consists of Gujarati and Kachchi, spoken in Gujarat and nearby areas. Southern Zone: Covers Maharashtra, Goa, and Sri Lanka. This includes Marathi, Konkani, Sinhalese, and Dhivehi (though some argue Sinhalese and Dhivehi belong to their own ‘Insular Zone’). Bihari Languages (Eastern-Central Zone): Includes Maithili, Bhojpuri, and Magahi, spoken in Bihar and adjoining areas. Pahari (Hill) Languages: Spoken in Himalayan foothills, divided into: Western Pahari: Dogri. Central Pahari: Garhwali, Kumaoni. Eastern Pahari: Nepali. So technically, both of you are wrong. Sindhi belongs to the Northwestern Zone, not Northern or Western as I checked not just websites on world linguistics but also the Linguistic Survey of India and works by Colin Masica.
