Cabe rawit merah 20 buah
Bawang merah 130 gram (16 siung bawang merah kecil)
Bawang puith besar 5 siung
Jahe 3 cm
Daun jeruk 8 lembar
Serai 1 batang
Daun pandan 1 lembar
Merica/lada bubuk 1/2 sendok makan
Kunyit bubuk 1 sendok teh
Jeruk nipis 1 buah
Gula pasir 1/2 sendok makan
Garam sesuai selera
Minyak goreng secukupnya
