Despite the fact that the car really looks very formidable, in reality everything is not as good as it seems at first glance. In the realities of combat, Jagdtiger World of Tanks is capable of a lot, but even knowing all its strengths, the gameplay is not so simple, since the vehicle also has enough weaknesses, as you can now see for yourself.
As in most cases, we will begin our acquaintance with the fact that this unit has a very impressive margin of safety, which will help you more than once in battle, in addition, the Jagdtiger has a field of view in its basic state of 390 meters, which is very worthy by the standards of the PT -SPG of our level.
If we talk about survival, then in our case everything is completely relative, and so that you can feel the contrast, let's start with the bad. The point is that the Jagdtiger's hull armor characteristics in the frontal projection, although they seem impressive, in fact the VLD in the scaled-down view has 233 millimeters of armor. This can be done by all classmates, and the lower frontal part with a thickness of 156 millimeters helpfully takes damage even from sevens, that is, in most cases it is better to hide the body.

First of all, the Jagdtiger gun has a powerful alpha strike, but even more pleasing is the fast reload speed, thanks to which the DPM exceeds all expectations, even without taking into account perks and equipment we have the ability to inflict almost 3000 units of damage per minute.
You will also be incredibly pleased with the penetration indicators, because with a standard armor-piercing shell, the Jagdtiger World of Tanks tank destroyer can cause damage to almost everyone, especially if you target vulnerable areas. As for the monstrous sub-calibers, you also need to have them with you, for example, to pierce a strong E 100 turret head-on.
It makes your soul even warmer to realize how accurate our top gun is. The Jagdtiger tank is an excellent sniper thanks to its excellent dispersion over one hundred meters, as well as fast aiming. Of course, the stabilization lets us down somewhat, but it’s not as bad as some.

Танку надо апнуть броню в влд и рубке на 30-40 мм, чтобы в корпус не пробивали тт9 без голды, а в рубку голдой с шансом 1/2. (Около 300 мм в рубке и 180мм в влд). Кстати, для тех кто помнит, такой ап сделали в свое время английской черепахе, раньше ее можно было с тт9 в лоб почти на автоприцеле пробивать, а в башенку пробивали все лт8. Сейчас яга это просто медленный кусок мяса.

Что-то не разделяю я этого восхищения почти всеми обзорщиками ягдтигром. Да, согласен что пушка норм, однако что есть для реализации этой пушки? Мобильности нету, брони нету, обзора особо нету, скрытности соответственно тоже нету, оружие нормально не опускается, поэтому поиграть через холмы выставляя только свою верхнюю часть корпуса не получится, разменивать хп с каким нибудь крепким тяжем такое себе занятие, так как ягдтигру несмотря на свою пушку всеравно нужно выцеливать слабые места, в то время как тяжу можно почти с вертухи стрелять по ягдтигру, и он с высокой вероятностью его пробьет.

Броня танка 8 лвл, давно надо было ягдтигр забирать топовую пушку и перемещать его на 8лвл, а у Феди также забирать топ ствол и на 7 лвл кидать, как и пантеру на 6, был бы на 6 выбор между сковородкой незаметной и более большой, но танковой пантеркой, на 9 ягд пз 100 засунуть, но с 150 мм пушкой длинной, а на 10 уже был бы аллигатор яга с передней рубкой со 170 мм, которая пробивалась бы в нлд только за счёт наклонной рубки на всю нлд
