The Transportation Ministry of Indonesia has made it mandatory for international travelers to use the SATUSEHAT application as part of efforts to control the spread of Mpox. The ministry's Director General of Air Transportation, M. Kristi Endah Murni, announced that all international travelers are required to complete the SATUSEHAT Health Pass, including both flight crew and passengers.
The self-declaration form is available at this link sshp.kemkes.go.id and can be completed within 3 days prior to landing in Indonesia.
Murni also urged airport authorities to work closely with health quarantine centers to handle cases of passengers suspected of having Mpox upon arrival.
0:47 - e-CD (electronic Customs Declaration) Form
Every traveler entering Indonesia needs to fill out a customs declaration form.
You can fill the electronic customs declaration form online and get a QR code within 3 days BEFORE your arrival to Indonesia.
There are no fees for registering both the health pass and E-customs declaration form. Take a screenshot or save the image in your device so you can easily present the codes if requested upon arrival at the Airport.

Starting February 14, 2024, foreign tourists visiting Bali will be required to pay a tourist tax of Rp 150,000 (approximately $10). Tourism and Creative Economy Minister Sandiaga Uno announced that this tax aims to support the preservation of Bali's culture and environment.
Sandiaga explained that funds from this levy would enhance information services related to Bali’s cultural tourism and contribute to the development of high-quality infrastructure and public transport. The regulation is also designed to improve cleanliness, order, comfort, and security for visitors, ensuring a positive experience for all tourists.
This tourist levy is a one-time fee applicable for the entire duration of a foreign visitor's stay in Bali. To complete the payment, tourists are encouraged to visit the Love Bali website ( lovebali.balip...) before passing through arrival gates. On the website, they can select from various payment options such as bank transfer, virtual account, or QRIS. Once the transaction is successful, the Love Bali system issues digital payment proof.
To expedite entry processing, travelers are encouraged to make the payment before leaving for Bali. For those unable to pay online, non-cash payments can be made at BRI counters at the airport or port using debit/credit cards or electronic data capture (EDC) devices. Upon payment, a receipt will be issued as proof.
All tourists must keep this proof of payment, as it will be scanned after travel documents are verified upon entry at the arrival gates.

You will then get a QR code immediately.
After arriving, visit the Customs Checkpoint. Have your QR code scanned by the Customs Officer who will verify and calculate the import duties and taxes that you must pay.
Each passenger is only allowed to bring two mobile phones from abroad. If the price is equivalent to or less than USD500, it will not be subject to import duties.

Can we just do the SSHP form when we arrive?We are flying with Batic Air and get seat numbers when we check bags in...

Hi, it will be ok, as long as it's before immigration clearance. Also when you check in online, you will be able to get the seat numbers.

Arrival passengers have to fill both health and declaration form.

SSHP form requires seat no. What if we dont have it assigned while booking the ticket ? Can you help, please :)

Most airlines allow you to check in online 48 hours before, so you would get the seat number by then.
