Indonesia Vlog 🇮🇩 | Bali Padma Legian Resort, Surf Lessons 🏄

Our Lunar New Year vacation in Bali was everything we hoped for and more! We started our 2-part vacation with four nights at the Padma Legian Resort. We had two adjoining rooms, which is perfect for families. The resort has four pools, one of which is adults-only and one which is a children's pool with slides. Unfortunately, the children's pool and original location of the Wolly Kids Club were undergoing renovation during our stay. The kids club was fully operational in an alternative location, and they offered a full range of free and for-fee activities. We ate poolside quite a few times. The drinks were so-so but the food was excellent. We also loved the breakfast buffet and especially loved the wide assortment of juices on offer.
Padma Legian isn't on the beach but just across a small quiet street. It doesn't seem to get too busy on Legian Beach, and there are a number of restaurants for beachside dining as well as a ton of bars. Some of the sunsets were epic.
There are also a bunch of surf schools located on the beach boardwalk. We went with UP2U Surf School. The kids did three days of private one-on-one lessons. The instructors were great with kids; they were attentive, and both L and B felt safe and supported. It was wonderful to see how much they progressed with their surfing in just 3 days!
We highly recommend Padma Legian Resort and would happily stay there again!
