Indonesian President Visit to Tangguh LNG plant

While working on a project at Tangguh LNG plant, I was lucky enough to be around when the Indonesian President Joko Widodo visited to formally mark the opening of the extension to the plant.
In preparation for his arrival many of his security personnel, army and police mobilised to make the arrangement for his arrival. As planned he arrived by Helicopter and was then escorted around the plant to meet various people and officially open the new part of the plant.
While on route to conduct his formal duties he stopped in the project workforce camp to share some gifts amongst his people, like wise on his return back to the Helipad, once again he stopped to wave and share some further gifts before his departure.
It was a wonderful occasion and not something you get to see everyday.
